EXEMIUS offers the most competitive and cost-effective fees possible on tax, accounting, payroll and other business services. Our pricing model reflect the service quality we deliver and how you perceive its value.
Our pricing model is based on “one package plan with a fixed monthly fee” for small businesses, and we also offer “fees per items” for walk-in business customers and personal income tax return.
Level 1 - Bronze
For a very small, one owner managed business that has chosen to keep things small and to stay on top of their bookkeeping, provincial requirements and tax.
- No employees
- 1 credit/bank accounts
- 20 transactions per month
Fee: $50 per month
Level 2 - Silver
For a small owner managed business looking to grow and achieve their goals with bookkeeping, payroll, provincial requirements and tax services.
- 1–2 employees
- 2 credit/bank accounts
- 25 – 50 transactions per month
Fee: $100 per month
Level 3 - Gold
For a small business wanting regular payroll, provincial requiremenrs, tax, bookkeeping and reporting services. You have a solid customer and supplier base, employees and your transaction volume is solid.
- 3–5 employees
- 4 credit/bank accounts
- 50 – 100 transactions per month
Fee: $200 per month
Level 4 - Platinum
For a growing small business having a solid group of employees, many customers and suppliers, lots of transactions, and even some fairly complex needs including payroll, provincial requirements, accounting, reporting, and inventory.
- 6+ employees
- 4+ credit/bank accounts
- 100+ transactions per month
Fee: $300+ per month
Level 5 - Custom Quote
Level 5 - Flexible
We prefer to discuss and resolve fees before we commence any work that reduces surprises. We will work with you to align our fees to your expectations and scope of work. We will prepare offer to you, based on your business’s needs.

Fees Per Items

For small businesses, we do recommend to deal with EXEMIUS as they had their own accounting team on a monthly bases using “One Package Plan” with a fixed monthly fee.
